Denim Day April 24th

Wear jeans on this day to protest the overturned rape conviction the Italian Supreme Court made in 1999. The Italian Supreme Court overturned the rape conviction by arguing that removing tight jeans requires assistance and implied consent. Women in the Italian Parliament protested the conviction by wearing jeans in front of the Supreme Court. Share photos of Denim Day by using the #ucidenimday and pick up Denim Day buttons from the UCI CARE Office.
